When will I get my Happy Mail?
We send out Martin Linen Happy Mail on the 15th of every month. U.S. subscribers typically receive it within 3–10 days of sending, and international subscribers should receive their letter within 2–6 weeks.
If you sign up before the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s Happy Mail. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.

What if I need to cancel or change my address or billing info?
Email us at [email protected] and we can help end your subscription or update your mailing address or billing information.
Please contact us before the 15th of the month so we have time to make changes before that month’s Happy Mail is sent.

What happens if I don’t receive my Happy Mail?
Sometimes the mail can take up to two weeks to arrive in the U.S. and up to six weeks internationally.
If your Happy Mail doesn’t arrive, email us at [email protected] and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Please review your order confirmation to make sure your mailing address is correct. If you’re in the U.S. and haven’t received your letter by the end of the month, please reach out so we can help.
